Are you ready??

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 14776)

I usually put together 4 or 5 - 32 count combos and put them all together into a routine...

Both feet face forward...

*Remind them to always start the downhill ski opposite elbow or towards the wall

*Downhill ski move: If you have seen Cathe's IMAX 2 video you'll see what I mean. She does this move on the step and it's just as effective on the floor...TRY IT! It's a hop, pushing your butt to the side then hop to the other side...hop forward...then step back (or hop back for more intensity)

Let me know if you have questions. This routine flows well from combo to combo...if that's not your style of teaching I hope you can use bits and pieces!
