Step challenge, can you do it?

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 14782)

1st Block

Combination of step knee, step side legs and step curl. March backwards to the other side of the bench four counts and do to side lunges and go back to the starting opposite position. 32 counts

2nd Block

One heel then step touch to the same side and airborne to the other side. Facing the side of the bench raise the leg touching the shoes and do the other side then execute three kicks and go to the starting position and execute three knee lifts touching the shoes out, in and out. Go down to the starting position. 32 counts

3rd Block

L-step then at the end of the third knee lift do the knee and knee on the bench and go down to the starting position. Execute double knee turning forward end turn back to the bench and execute three alternating side lunges. Go to the starting position again. 32 counts

Repeat from the first block up to the last and circuit it.
