Hi...I've been teaching for almost 3 years. I've gotten TONS of ideas off this site, and I'm just NOW posting my first combination. Hope you understand it, and enjoy it. THANKS!

I use this many times for the FIRST combination, after our warmup. It's very simple, but as you go along, it gets that heart-rate surprisingly high. It's a fun combo, and my class loves it.

- Basic left x 3 (12)
- Step-curl x 1 (4)
- Basic right x 3 (12)

- Basic left x 3 (12)
- Step-curl x 1 (4)
- Basic right x 1--step knee x 1 (8)
- Basic left x 1--step knee x 1 (8)
- Basic right x 1--step knee x 1 (8)
