Bouncing Bootcamp

This is a [Other] pattern from (pattern 14798)

This pattern is to use for the cardio portion of a rebounding class but works with a Bosu as well. Hope you like it. :-)

First routine

Repeat once

Second routine

Repeat two times each

Third routine

Repeat routines 1 through 3 twice

Fourth routine

Repeat pattern 3 and 4 twice

Go back to the beginning or add your own!!!
