Cardio Kick Combos That Move

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 14034)

Here are some "self-reversing" cardio-kick combinations that were a hit in my last class. Combos 2-7 fit together into one huge combination that really gets the heartrate up ...

Combo 1

Repeat combo 1, starting with left lead

Combo 2

Repeat (16)

Combo 3

Combo 4

Repeat 7X (total - 32 counts)

Combo 5

(Do this 4X for a total of 64 counts)

Combo 6

[Pulse squats: squat down/up (1-2); squat down/up (3-4); squat down/JUMP both feet off the ground (5-6); land on the floor 7; straighten up on 8]

Combo 7

From this point, start with Combo 2 - doing everything this time with a left lead
