The Shuffle Turn

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 14041)

Hey guys... this site has been so helpful to me.. got all my routines here and my class is always great.. because of you!! Thanks for all!! That's why I am sharing my own now for the first time..hope you like it! My class loves this and still loves me (not hate me hahaha).. this combo will really push their adrenalins up!! Be fit with fun!!!

Right leg lead and right arm lead..

Then do it the same with left lead..

*.. shuffle to the right and jab right side then right leg quarter turn center (left leg should be stationary..only the right leg moving side and center) you have to tell your students this!

**..left cross knee side kick front... its side kick left but kicking front.. a bit twist of the hips to hit front!
