Anti-valentine's Day Cycle Songs

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 14054)

We all can use some "tongue-in-cheek" fun every now and then. I did this last year and have gotten lots of requests for it again this year...Hope you can use it!

*4 Part climb: start in moderate climb and emphasizing great form and smooth transitioning spend 20 seconds stand climb, 20 seconds extended, 20 seconds extended and sliding back low, 20 seconds seated climb. The next round keeps the same pattern but add extra resistance. You should be able to do the pattern 3 times.
