Sassy Shoulders

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 14055)

I like to "keep the feet movin'" when I teach sculpting. You can give your class the option to stay still, though. It's a great way to keep heart rates elevated a little! Email me with questions.

When you cut it down and put it all together, it should be:

I do this combination several times, and it really works the deltoids hard. It gets all sides of the shoulder, and my classes really like it a lot. Sorry it's so wordy--I hope it makes sense!
