Hi/Lo pattern from

(pattern 14058)
Block 1: All start on right lead
- Scoop forward 4 times (8)
- Walk or jog back for 4 (4)
- 2 Jumping jacks (4)
- Hamstrings around the world (8)
- Grapevine diagonal back 2 times (16)
Block 2:
- V-step right 2 times, V-step left 2 times (16)
- 4 Knees to the front, left foot first (8)
- 4 Kicks to the side, left foot first (8)
Now your ready to repeat block one on the left foot!
