ABC Inner Thighs

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 14062)

My class loves this exercise, they think it's easy at the beginning, but are moaning by the time we get to "T". Start by laying on your left side, propped on elbow or laying all the way down. Right leg is bent with that foot on floor in front of the left, straight leg. Begin by lifting the left foot up off of the floor and flex that foot, knee soft. Slowly, Have your class spell the alphabet with their foot, using large capital letters without touching the floor in between. Tell them to listen to you for instruction, (so that you can yell the letters, from A-Z, SLOWLY). Go to "Z" and switch. For more advanced students, have them hold a 6-8 pound dumbbell on inner thigh that you're working. Have fun!!
