Mum's Cardio Ball/Step Interval
This is a
Ball pattern from

Hello! I used a 4:4 interval tape (4 minutes cardio ball, 4 minutes step).
Combo 1 Cardio Ball
(stolen from Doris pattern 13089)
- Grapevine L (throw/catch ball as you hop turn)
- Mambo 2X (chest press)
- Repeat grapevine L, mambo 2X
Combo 2 Step
- V right 3X, 1/2 hop turn. Repeat
- Quick feet repeater 4X (or any repeater you'd like)
Combo 3 Cardio Ball (mine)
- 1 Jack 2 bounces repeat 2X (8)
- 2 Squats moving right (throw/catch ball after each squat)
- 2 Squats moving left
Combo 4 Step
- Tic toc mambo 2X (16) *
- L-step 1X (8)
- Left basic 2X (8)
Combo 5 Cardioball
- Hustle up (press overhead) lunge side to side 2X (press side to side) (8)
- Repeat moving back
- 2 V-steps (stir)
- 2 Chasse (swoop in U shape with arms)
Combo 6 Step
- Mambo cha cha cha 2X (8) (one on one off)
- Over the top (face left wall)
- March home (or 1/2 hop turn)
- Shuffle turn 2X
- Travel knee lifts
