Block 1
- A. March forward (1-4) Take a deep step to wright then a deep step to the left (5-6) Put your feet together (7-8)
- B. Step-touch to the back, right lead (1-8)
- C. Take a deep step to the wright then a deep step to the left (1-2) Do a wright mambo (3-5) then a left mambo (6-8)
- D. Knee-lift to the front, right lead (1-4) left lead (5-8)
Block 2
- A. Side step to the wright with arms up (1-4) to the left with arms forward (5-8)
- B. Heel-kicks (1-8)
- C. V-step, right lead (1-4) Twist (5-8) (get up on your toes and shake your ass!!)
- D. Jog single, single, double, right lead (1-4) left lead (5-8)
