Cardio Blast

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14068)

Hey everyone, thanks so much for all the awesome ideas! This website has been a huge help. I teach five days a week and I'm getting better at writting my routines, but sometimes you need a new move or a more challenging one.

Repeat left after each combo. I always teach boxing to 140-150bpm. I teach a 45 minute class, so go through the combos as fast or slow as you want. I'll usually do the first couple moves then add on the next move until we get it. Have fun, and keep those boxing ideas coming.
