Hey everyone, thanks so much for all the awesome ideas! This website has been a huge help. I teach five days a
week and I'm getting better at writting my routines, but sometimes you need a new move or a more challenging one.
Combo 1
- Right jab, left cross
- Right hook right block
- Right side kick 2x
- Right punch down cross left
- Jack jack
Combo 2
- Shuffle right
- 3 Right knees 1 jack
- 3 Left knees 1 jack
- 3 Alternating knees 1 jack
- Shuffle left
- Jab cross hook hook (right left right left)
- Jump rope 4ct
- Knee side knee punch (right right right right)
Combo 3
- 2 Right knees
- 2 Right side kick
- 2 Left back kick
- Run up 4 count
- 2 Uppercut (right left)
- 2 Hooks (right left)
- 2 Front kicks (right left)
- Bob and weave
- Shuffle back diagonal (left shoulder right shoulder left shoulder right shoulder)
Repeat left after each combo. I always teach boxing to 140-150bpm. I teach a 45 minute class, so go through the
combos as fast or slow as you want. I'll usually do the first couple moves then add on the next move until we
get it. Have fun, and keep those boxing ideas coming.
