Shallow Water Workout

Hey all!
Just thought I'd share a workout that my group really enjoyed. This workout works the arms separate from the legs, and adds a cardio jog
between moves. With the jog; first time through, I do a narrow jog, the second time is a high knees jog, and if you can get through the workout
a third time then I do wide tire jog. The arms / leg moves, I generally do 30 to 45 reps, or until you can "feel the burn". If there is any
questions on what the moves are, or how they are performed, please feel free to contact me, and I'll try to make heads or
tails of them! Again, this is an awesome workout, try it!
- (legs) Soccer kick
- (cardio) Jog 30 seconds
- (arms) Racquet swing
- (legs) Jumping jacks (60) take it up to hip hop jacks (45)
- (cardio) Jog 30 seconds
- (arms) Punch forward
- (legs) Hops (30) take it up to double knee tucks(30) switch it to double kick bum (30)
- (cardio) Jog 30 seconds
- (arms) Side arm circles (big circles to smaller faster circles)
- (legs) Skateboard
- (cardio) Jog 30 seconds
- (arms) Roller arms
- (legs) X-country (60) take it up to belly out of water X-ski (30) take it to X-country ski tucks (30)
- (cardio) Jog 30 seconds
- (arms) Scissor arms
- (legs) Karate kicks
- (cardio) Jog 30 seconds
- (arms) Big clap in front
- (legs) Barrel hop then slalom
- (cardio) Jog 30 seconds
- (arms) Lateral arm raises
- (Legs) Froggies
- (cardio) Jog 30 seconds
- (Arms) Egg beater arms
