Shallow Water Workout

Hey all!

Just thought I'd share a workout that my group really enjoyed. This workout works the arms separate from the legs, and adds a cardio jog between moves. With the jog; first time through, I do a narrow jog, the second time is a high knees jog, and if you can get through the workout a third time then I do wide tire jog. The arms / leg moves, I generally do 30 to 45 reps, or until you can "feel the burn".
