choose step, weights, low impact moves anything will do... ask student to pick something that starts
with A B C etc...and then do that move for 1-2 minutes... example
- A A-step
- B Basic, bicep curls
- C Cross, corner to corner
- D Delts
- E Eight reps
- F Front raise
- G Glutes
- H Hamstring, hops
- I I-step
- J Jacks, jog
- K K-step, kicks
- L Lunges
- M Mamba
- N Ninety lunges
- O Over top
- P Power step
- Q Quads
- R Rhomboids
- S Squats, shoulder
- T Turnstep, T-step, tricep
- U U-turn, upright
- V V-step, weights
- X X-step
- Y Y-step (1 V two lunges floor)
- Z Z-step
