Swim Sprints!

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14090)

I used this last week in my Shallow class, and it had us all worn out!! Between every exercise that I did, I would have my class come back and hold on to the wall. We would kick under the water (no white water!) as fast as we could, like we were swimming away from Jaws for 30 seconds, then we would recover for 30 seconds, and repeat that pattern three times. They loved it, and my legs even got a good burn! It's not too bad the first few times, but after you've done about 5 or 6 swim sprints, you really have to push your legs to keep going!
