- Grapevine square* starting right (16 counts)
- Heel digs to front x 4: right, left, right, left (8 counts)
- Jacks turning x 4: turning to right, back, left and front
Repeat whole thing on left side
- 8 x Jogs to right diagonal front corner, arms doing diamond patterns
- 8 x Jogs back to center, arms doing diamond patterns
Repeat all to left side (32 counts total)
- "L" grapevine right (8 counts)
- Mambo right leg
- Pivot turn right leg (all facing right wall) (8 counts)
- "L" grapevine right leg (8 counts)
- Mambo right
- Pivot turn right leg (all facing front) (8 counts)
Repeat section to left and on left leg
- Double jumps to each side x 8: 2 right, 2 left, 2 right, 2 left, repeat (16 counts)
- Arms punching down
- 4 x Scoops moving forward: right, left, right, left (8 counts)
- 4 x Side kicks: right. left, right, left (8 counts)
- Arms punching up
- 4 x Scoops moving backwards: left, right, left, right (8 counts)
- 4 x side kicks: left, right, left, right (8 counts)
- Arms punching up
- Single, single double hamstring curls right start (8 counts)
- Single, single, double hamstring curls left start (8 counts)
- 4 x Hamstring curls turning to face back on 3rd, right leg lead (8 counts)
- 2 x Box step, right leg lead (8 counts)
- 4 x Hamstring curls turning to face front on 3rd, right leg lead (8 counts)

* "Grapevine square" 1= going to the right ending up facing the right wall. 2= on left foot going to left ending facing back wall. 3= on right foot going right ending facing left wall. 4= on left foot going left ending facing front.!!
