Keepin' it Simple Kickboxing

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14094)

Hello! I may have gotten some these ideas from this site, so thanks for the help!

Warm-up

(this can vary, with all different punches)

Transition with jump roping motion, facing front

All can be repeated as much as you want, repeat starting with left front kick then right back kick

Repeat lots! and switch sides

Repeat shuffling left first
