Easy (and FUN) Friday Hi-Lo

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14107)

Hello fellow Turnsteppers. Here is a fun and easy to teach hi-lo routine. Some of this may be borrowed...I think it's all mine but I use this site so much it all begins to blend together. Thank you everyone for taking the time to post. Carole, I spend a lot of mornings figuring out your combos. Thanks for the great material-not eveyone is willing to share.

Combo 1

Repeat from the top on a left mambo lead (just squeeze that left foot in there, it works :)

Combo 2

Repeat on left lead

Combo 3

(I think I have posted this one already, it works well here too)

Repeat left lead

Combo 4

Repeat the chasse on left lead- you know how that left brain works...they will get it the second time around.

*Hamcurl Scoop: while moving forward, step on the right foot, curl the left hamstring x1, now step on the left foot and curl the right hamstring X1, step down right foot, now with the right foot on the floor now, curl your left hamstring x2 and do a 360. When you repeat this going back just use the opposite leg.
