Jumprope Workout

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14118)

I do 5 minutes of jump rope in my kickboxing class. Beginners just pretend to hold a rope. In the following, the legs change but the arms stay the same spinning the rope. I go thru the following to spice it up:
