Jumprope Workout
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from

I do 5 minutes of jump rope in my kickboxing class. Beginners just pretend to hold a rope. In the following, the
legs change but the arms stay the same spinning the rope. I go thru the following to spice it up:
- Regular jump with both feet,
- Jump side to side,
- Jump front and back,
- High knee run, double knees,
- Run kicking heels up, double that,
- Jack legs, jack with criss cross legs,
- Scissor jacks (front back scissor),
- Hop on 1 leg, then the other,
- Hop on both feet - twist right, center, left, center,...
- Run center as fast as you can to finish
Great cardio and agility work!
