Outer Thigh-n-Butt Burner

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14119)

You will need a resistance tube of your choice. Place the handles together and at the other end begin to tie a knot towards the handles. This way you can place both your feet inside the hole you have now made.

Start from end of the floor and walk little steps forward while lifting each leg out to the side...I use cueing of "three o'clock kick and nine o' clock kick" to give them a better idea where place footing. *Watch form, participants can not be swaying side to side, make them use their core & stay upright.

Once you are at the other end of the floor, now make them go backwards with little steps. Again, I use cueing of "five o'clock and seven o'clock". Also, watch that they don't sway.

Depending on how long your floor is will depend on the amount of laps you have them complete. Burn baby burn! Hope you enjoy this, my class loves to hate them all together.
