Waist and Thigh Burner

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14120)

Open legs wide and assume a half squat position, bring both hands in front the body in a fighting stance. Keep legs firmly planted on the floor, twist the upper body 30 times, keep the body erect as you twist from side to side. At the end of 30 twist imagine you are ducking from an apponent, duck up and down 30 times, don't straighten the legs, keep them bent throughtout.

My class loves this move, you will feel the pounds sweating away.
