You will increase the work load 15 seconds building up to 2 minutes per body position but keep your active recovery 15 seconds. You will then come down the other side so you are at the top for 12 minutes.

By the end of your your class everyone in the room is very quiet. I received great reviews on this. They are asking for more.
This class takes 30 minutes to go up one side to 30 minutes down the other.
