= 16 counts

* Mambo = left leg stays stationary, right leg moves forward then back, pushing hip towards front of room, then back of room, once comfortable left leg comes off the ground slightly, repeat with left lead

** Salsa = right leg steps forward, both legs back in place, left leg steps back, both legs back in place, once comfortable while both legs are back in original place, shift weight right, left, right, repeat left lead

Can be done to fast music as well as slower music, with more controlled movements
