Give it a try!
This is a
Quad Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 14130)
Hi everybody,
I started teaching Quad Step several months ago and since then my class has grown dramatically! I am the only
one who does that at my gym, I think everybody can do the same and interest your students:)
I have several combos, here is one of them:
Home Red
Jail Green
Start from Home, right foot leads.
- 2 Knee up corner right/left (8 count)
- 1 Repeater knee (first 5 count of it) with back jump on one leg (1 count) + straddle in the end (2 count)
- 3 Over the top, starting left foot (12 count)
- Large diagonal to Green (see my chart)
Repeat from Green leading right foot with slight change in the end:
- 2 Knee corner left/right (8 count)
- 1 Repeater knee (5 count), jump with right foot down turning left(1 ct) + 2 steps on each side (straddle, 2
count) - same stuff as above, just trying to explain it better
- 3 Over the top, left leading
- Hop-turn to the RED
Repeat with left leg leading, going to the Jail at second segment.
Hopefully it is not too confusing. If it is, please write me a note, will be glad to explain more. Have a good class!
