Hit then Duck
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 14131)
This is a super easy pattern that will get the heart rate up.
1.
- Double jab right while shuffling forward twice. Left cross punch. (2x = 8)
- Jab right-cross punch left + duck back (2x = 8)
- Front kicks moving up right,left,right,left = 8
- 4 Jacks moving back = 8 (fourth jack, turn to left)
Now begin combo on left.
2.
- Three front kicks moving up right,left,right + back leg round kick landing in front. (you will be facing right side) = 8
- Duck back 2x = 4
- Left side kick to front + right cross punch = 4
Now go left
You can do both of these combos back to back and then go to the other side.
3.
- Four slips moving up right,left,right,left then back = 16
- Four side blocks right,left,right,left = 8
- Single, single, double front kicks right,left,right = 8
On the front kicks, you must land the foot before you move to the other side with the slips in order to be on
the right count.
