Hit then Duck

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14131)

This is a super easy pattern that will get the heart rate up.

1.

Now begin combo on left.

2.

Now go left

You can do both of these combos back to back and then go to the other side.

3.

On the front kicks, you must land the foot before you move to the other side with the slips in order to be on the right count.
