Cardio Kickboxing with Intervals!!:)

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 13928)

This is my first kickboxing/cardio class submission. Hope you enjoy it!

Warm up:

Arm punches:

Jacks 2 minutes going high


First combo:

Switch to left boxer stance and repeat above

Jacks low interval 2 minutes

2nd combo:

Jump rope interval 1 minute

Speedbag interval 1 minute right

3rd combo:

Speedbag interval 1 minute left

Jump squats interval 2 minutes

4th combo:

Power lunges interval 2 minutes
