Tortured Inner Thighs and Abs!!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 13943)

Using the resistance bands with handles, (I encourage members to use the toughest band) Lay on the floor with band placed under the lower back. Attach handles to feet, and make sure they are pulled all the way down so they don't slip off. Lay back with feet in the air begin inner thigh work with flexed feet, start with legs apart in the air and bring legs together..doing 3 sets of 10. Then cross the ankles at the top for three sets of 10. Then hold feet out and pulse for 3 sets of 10. Now add the ab work, with legs apart, finger tips behind the ears and elbows back, crunch up as legs are apart and lower head to floor and legs come together. Do this for three sets of 10. I usually take my class through this whole sequence two times and they are griping and moaning by the end of it...Good luck!!
