Kick That Wall!

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 13946)

Hi all

It has been years since I contributed. Thank you for all the great ideas.

A quick idea to raise that heart rate and for a little variation.

Vary this move by doing a kick in each position and get them to repeat for 30 seconds or race each other to 10 repeats.

Another real challenge is to kick low, medium, low, high, low, medium, low high, etc.

These can all be done in the deep end as well.
