Amy's Plyometric Boot Camp

Thanks to all of you that have helped me with ideas for class, now it is my turn to return the favor!

My Plyometric Boot Camp consists of 8 to 10 "drills" that are done for 15-30 seconds each with 15-30 seconds of recovery for 1- 2 minutes total. It depends on the class as to how long the intervals are. After the drills have been run through once we do a 2 minute ab session and repeat the drills.

With each intense move, the recovery is a similar move but at a lower intensity. Here are some of my "drills".
