Vanessa's Cardio Ball Routine 1

This is a Ball pattern from (pattern 13949)

Footwork/arms with ball

After teaching all this in layers, break them down in half. (ie. 8 reps down to 4, so forth). Although the footwork is basic, the entire routine can get pretty intense. Have fun!!!
