Vanessa's Cardio Ball Routine 2 (one combination)
This is a
Ball pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 13950)
Footwork/arms with ball.
- Step touch - throw and catch x 8.
- V-step - stirring motion start towards the right x 8.
- Squat right/left - overhead presses x 8.
- Single jacks - single dribble x 8.
- Halftime jacks - double dribble x 4. (can also use a combination of both jacks. ie. 4 single jacks followed by 2 halftime jacks. Can also cut that down to 2 and 1.)
Repeat entire combination with left foot lead. This will balance out the V-step.
After going over this a few times, try cutting all the reps in half. Enjoy.
