Vanessa's Cardio Ball Routine 2 (one combination)

This is a Ball pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13950)

Footwork/arms with ball.

Repeat entire combination with left foot lead. This will balance out the V-step.

After going over this a few times, try cutting all the reps in half. Enjoy.
