Cardio kick butt!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 13952)

My classes really love this one. It's fun and easy and gets your heartrate going. Hope you like it.

Start in a horse stance facing the front of the room.

Repeat from the top everything in left lead

I usually do one set of 8 each side because this is a 64-count combo, plus it really gets the heartrate up. I am using anything from 135bpm to 148bpm for this combo. Enjoy!
