Cardio kick butt!

My classes really love this one. It's fun and easy and gets your heartrate going. Hope you like it.
Start in a horse stance facing the front of the room.
- 4 Quick jabs right, 2 quick right hooks
- Repeat (16)
- Right knee, right side kick, 2 left crosses
- Repeat (16)
- 4 Front kicks moving forward (right leg leads) (8)
- Step touch, move back (right leg leads) (8)
- Lunge 4 times, jack 2 times (8)
- Repeat (8)
Repeat from the top everything in left lead
- 4 Quick jabs left, 2 right hooks
- Repeat (16)
- Left knee, left side kick, 2 left crosses
- Repeat (16)
- 4 Front kicks move forward (left leg leads) (8)
- Step touch move back (left leg leads) (8)
- Lunge 4 times, jack 2 times (8)
- Repeat (8)
I usually do one set of 8 each side because this is a 64-count combo, plus it really gets the heartrate up. I am using
anything from 135bpm to 148bpm for this combo. Enjoy!
