Nothing fancy...but it flows well...
- (8) Basic crunch
- (4) Up 2 counts down 2 counts
- (4) Up 3 counts down 1 count
- (4) Up 1 count down 3 counts
32 counts pulse center
- (4) Center, angle right, center, down
- (4) Center, angle left, center, down
- (8) Alternating center, right, center, down, center, left, center, down
- Isometric center for 8 counts/ right side 8 counts/ center / left side
- Now 8 counts pulse center / right / center / left
- (4) Basic crunch
- (4) Upper crunch but lift knees 90 degree angle (knees in line with hips)
- 32 Counts isometric
- (keep the shoulder blades off the ground) and...
- (4) Right toe down 2 up 2 (toes just an inch or two off ground, knees stay bent)
- (4) Left toe down 2 up 2
- (8) Center crunch
- 32 Counts isometric
- Again, keep shoulder blades up and...
- (2) Right toe to the ground down 4 up 4
- (2) Left toe
- Legs up...
- (8) Upper body crunch
- (8) Reverse curls
