Hold Tight

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13956)

My class is a very advanced group. A lot of them ride outside as well as inside. This workout challenges them to the top! I start off with the 5 minute warm-up. Maybe run for a few minutes. Then in a seated climb we do 10 levels, each level lasts for one minute. But in between each level we do 20 jumps. After climbing for 10 levels seated, we go to a standing climb and repeat the same thing except only for 5 levels instead of 10. Trust me, when you get to this stage you are about out of power. After we get to the top, we sprint down to the bottom by doing intervals of 30 seconds, (15 seconds seated and 15 seconds standing).

Hope your group loves this, but I would not recommend it if you have any new people in your class.
