Combo 1
- (1-8) Single, single, double knee lift travelling forwards (option: turning)
- (9-16) V-step x2
- (17-24) Chasse x2
- (25-32) Scoop backwards x4
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-4) Side mambo
- (5-8) 1/2 Side mambo and cha cha cha
- (9-16) Double kick x2
- (17-32) Single, single, double side lunge x2 (option: single, single, double jack x2)
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-4) Double side step
- (5-8) Double side step (still travelling to the right side of the room but turning to face the back)
- (9-16) Calf raise x4 (turning to face front again)
- (17-24) Grapevine ending with a heel x2 (option: *quick grapevine x2)
- (25-28) Hamstring curl x2
- (29-32) Pendulum
Repeat other side
Combo 4
- (1-4) Mambo (option: pivot)
- (5-8) Mambo cha cha cha
- (9-12) 3 Walks forwards to corner and knee lift
- (13-16) 3 Walks backwards and knee lift
- (17-32) Repeat last 16 counts other side
The last combo does not change lead legs, so you can run through combo 1-4 and then repeat the whole thing on the other side
*Quick grapevine - (&1) step left foot out to side and cross right leg behind, (&2) step left leg out to side and cross right leg in front, (3) step
left foot out to side, (4) place right heel on floor out to right side, (5-8) repeat other side
