A Little of Everything II
This is a
Warmup pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 13966)
Combo 1
- Jab cross block block (right/left/right/left)
- Bob and weave
- Squat, squat
- Power squat
- Grapevine right with a hop turn (you are facing back of room)
- Grapevine left, grapevine right with a hop turn (you are facing front)
- Grapevine left
- Alternating knees (right/left/right/left)
Combo 2
- Front kick, side kick, front kick, back kick (right/left/right/left)
- Front elbow, side elbow, side elbow, back elbow (right/left/right/left)
- Run up 4 count
- Squat 4 count
- Jump rope back 4 count
- Squat 4 count
Combo 3
- Side crunch (elbow to knee)
- Side kick
- Side crunch
- Side kick
- Squat 4 count
- Hop forward in squat position 4 count
- Walk back in squat position 4 count
Repeat on left before you start new combo.
Then try to put it all together on the right, then go with left lead. Thanks to Birgit (Alabama) for the
awesome squat move, my class was glad we didn't have to do too many (we ran out of time)! Hope this one works for you.
