Mirjamo's easy high/low

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13968)

Every combo is right lead!!

Add your own combo to change to left.

* Giant square is a also great warm-up! You can only walk all walls, or add a V-step, knee lift, jack, squat etc.

A lot of people can't jump to much in my classes, so I always make a combo that can be changed for those who want to jump. [I keep high BPM's] All knee lifts can be changed in jacks, squats also. Count 4 from a V-step can be jumped etc.
