Mirjamo's easy high/low
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.

Every combo is right lead!!
Combo 1:
- 1-8 4x Hamstring curl
- 1-8 Double sidestep right and left (add your own arms)
- 1-8 Squat right and left
- 1-8 2x V-step
Combo 2:
- Giant square:
- 1-8 Walk 4 facing right wall, V-step.
- 1-8 Walk 4 facing back wall, V-step
- 1-8 Walk 4 facing left wall, V-step
- 1-8 Walk 4 facing front, V-step
Combo 3:
- 1-8 Half mambo right foot [1,2] cha-cha-cha, half mambo left foot, cha-cha-cha
- 1-8 Full mambo right foot front [step front and back] or pivot, march on spot with push hands high, front, low, clap hands.
- 1-8 2 Grapevines to the right
- 1-8 2 Grapevines to the left
Combo 4:
- 2x8 Hamstring curls 2 singles, 1 double, 2 singles, 1 double
- 1-8 Grapevine right / 2x knee lift left
- 1-8 Grapevine left / 2 knee lifts right
Combo 5:
- 1-8 Walk 4 diagonal, knee lift right/left
- 1-8 Walk backwards, knee lift right/left with half turn facing diagonal back of the room.
- 1-8 Walk 4 knee lift right/left
- 1-8 Walk backwards, knee lift right/left with turn to the front.
Combo 6:
- 1-8 4 Lunges right with bicep curl
- 1-8 4 Lunges left
- 1-8 X-step
- 1-8 Knee lift and kick right / knee lift and kick left
Add your own combo to change to left.
* Giant square is a also great warm-up! You can only walk all walls, or add a V-step, knee lift, jack, squat etc.
A lot of people can't jump to much in my classes, so I always make a combo that can be changed for those who want to
jump. [I keep high BPM's] All knee lifts can be changed in jacks, squats also. Count 4 from a V-step can be jumped etc.
