Inner Thighs To the Twist

This is for a deep water class. Each move is done for about 15 seconds
- 1. Large leg and arm circles. Cue "belly in and strong glutes and back."
- 2. Smaller and faster leg and arm circles.
- 3. Jacks
- 4. Jack legs only...small and fast.."pulse it!" no arm movement
- 5. Sun tan to Superman. (tuck knees to chest and shoot legs to front...in the sun tan position. Tuck knees in
again, swing hips under and shoot legs behind...in the superman position.
- 6. Upper body vertical...sitting in a chair....TWIST
- 7. Bring heels towards buttocks, knees pointed to floor KEEP TWISTING
- 8. Straighten legs, cross at the ankles KEEP TWISTING
- 9. Bring toes up to the surface and buttocks is deep KEEP TWISTING
- 10. Rock climb to one end of the pool and back for a break before repeating 1 to 9
