Easy To Cue, Gotta Wweat To Do!

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13984)

If you do these self-reversing patterns in this order, you will be well positioned for the next combo:

Combo 1:

Repeat left lead

*Stomp step: facing west, right foot stomps the bench, left stomps the floor (1-2), right foot straddles and stomps the north floor, left stays in places and stomps the floor (3-4) right foot comes up on the bench, left leg comes into a knee (5-6) exit, left, right (7-8)

Combo 2:

Repeat left lead

Combo 3:

Repeat left lead

The last squat should leave you at the east end of the bench, facing west.

Combo 4:

Working off the "skinny" end of the bench:

Repeat other lead

* Double L - it's just like an L-step, but instead of being three single knees, it's three double knees: step on the bench with the right lead, double left knee (1-4), double right knee (5-8), double left knee (9-12), and exit (13-14) for the jack (15-16).

When cueing the 4 alternating knees, when you are facing west, do the right lead first, when you are facing east, do the left lead first.

I work combo 1, then 2, then do 1 and 2 together, work 3, then do 1-2-3 together then work 4, then put it all together. You can see that combo 4 leads nicely back into combo 1.
