T-Step Cardio - Blast

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13993)

I will often do this pattern as a cardio blast at the end of a routine and then go to cool down.

This is done on the end of the step. (all right lead)

Repeat on the other end with left lead.

Then (first right)

Repeat (then left)

Then - break it down and each time you hop across count down until you have done the whole thing 10 times.
(right)

Repeat 10X.

After 10X finish with 16 jumping jacks.

* T-step: up up straddle up up step step off the back.
