T-Step Cardio - Blast

Step pattern from

I will often do this pattern as a cardio blast at the end of a routine and then go to cool down.
This is done on the end of the step. (all right lead)
- T-step* 4X (32)
- Knee straddle knee (8)
- Knee straddle step off back (8)
- 4 Jumping jacks (8)
- T-step 2X (16)
- Half hop all the way to the other end (4)
Repeat on the other end with left lead.
Then (first right)
- T-step 2X (16)
- Knee straddle knee (8)
- Knee straddle step off back (8)
- 4 Jumping jacks (8)
- T-step 1X (8)
- Half hop all the way to the other end (4)
Repeat (then left)
Then - break it down and each time you hop across count down until you have done the whole thing 10 times.
(right)
- T-step 1X (8)
- Knee straddle step off back (8)
- 2 Jumping jacks (4)
- T-step 1X (8)
- Half hop all the way to the other end (4) (then left)
Repeat 10X.
After 10X finish with 16 jumping jacks.
* T-step: up up straddle up up step step off the back.
