Noodle tag

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 14000)

My classes are 1 hour long. Once in awhile, I change our regular routine, we'll do a warm up, cardio, some work on the noodles then get on our noodles and ride them like a bicycle. We will name one person as "it", and proceed to play tag. This has been a lot of fun for one class in particular. They have found it difficult to try and catch each other as well as hard to try and get away from the person that is "it". The rule is: bicycle legs, arms can be used to paddle or do a breast stroke moving forward or arms to help move backwards. This also helps if you have a chatty class and need to get the class moving.

I enjoyed this site. I'll submit a class set shortly.
