"Jump" by Van Helen
This is a great song for your legs... Every time you hear "jump" you will increase or decrease your tension. I start off at 30% when you hear "jump" up your tension. There is a break in the music where they don't say "jump". You should be between 50% to 60%. When you start hearing "jump" again up your tension... Again you will stop hearing "jump". You should be about 80%. Listen carefully because once you hear "jump" again you can start decreasing your tension.
