Holding pattern, high cardio

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14011)

This is an alternating crescent kick with 3 marches in between. This should be taught slow, then done up tempo. If done correctly, it is very tiring.

Horse stance

Start the first right crescent kick as follows:

Reach the right arm across the torso bringing the right leg accross the torso as well (start with the knee bent and advance to a straight leg) Whip the leg around in an arc from the left of the body back to horse stance. March slowly 3 times and repeat with the left arm and leg, then speed up. (Cue, reach, kick 2, 3. Landing on the kicking leg counts as the first march.)
