Aero Step

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 14013)

Intermediate to advanced step - alternating combos on the step and on the floor. All 32 counts, self-reversing. Have fun!

***Step is VERTICAL.***

Combo 1 - on step

Combo 2 - on floor

Combo 3 - on step

Combo 4 - on floor

Combo 5 - on step

**Wide knee lift, low leg: step up with right foot (1), lift left knee with turnout at hip for the "wide knee" (2), step right foot down on floor (3), left foot bench stays on bench - extend knee for the "low leg" on step (4). The low leg will resemble a one legged lunge on the bench.
