Use for warm up

Block I

Block II

Repeat left lead for 64 counts

Block III

Repeat left for 64 counts

Block IV

Use your warm up as part of the whole routine. Once you have broke it all down block by block put it all together for a pretty intense cardio blast. I teach an intermediate to advanced class and it usually takes 45 minutes to make it through. You should have time for abs or a little sculpting in the end. Have fun!
