Short and Sweat

Hi/Lo pattern from

Hi to all of you hard working and underpaid instructors! I have been using this site for the last 8 years and it has helped me out many a time!! This Aerobic session is a short one but as the title tells you you can really get them sweat their butts off :))
Here it goes:
Right lead
- Forward for 4 count (cue: powerwalk dig those heels in!!)
- Back for 4 count (cue: taken even steps back!!)
- Side Lunges x 4 = 4 count (cue: keep facing front)
Repeat on left
Right lead
- Funky V-step x2 = 8 count (cue: use those hips!!)
- 4 Quick hip rolls
Repeat on left
Right lead
- Double mambo = 8 count
- March x2 (360 degrees turn) = 4 count
- 2 Kneelifts = 4 count
Repeat on left (auto reverse)
- Shuffle right and left = 8 count (cue: keep feet wide!!)
- Grapevine travel right + knee lift (left) = 8 count
- Grapevine travel left + knee lift (right) = 8 count
Repeat the shuffle and grapevine.
Give them a few waterbreak!! :)) Hope you have fun!!
