Kickin' It Up A Notch

Hi! Thanks for all the great patterns I have gotten off of this site! The pattern below contains 8 blocks, 32 counts a piece. Some of the blocks are from patterns from this site, so if you see something that looks familiar, that's why. Some of them I have created myself. If you have any questions, feel free to email!
Bench is horizontal. Start with a right lead at the beginning of all blocks.
Block 1
- Turnstep (4)
- L-step around the east corner and straddle (now facing west) (8)
- Up up and lunge x3, exit left and 1 jack (option instead of jack: squat) (12)
- Uneven march, kick (you are basically uneven marching x2 and kicking on the third uneven march) (8)
Repeat left lead
Block 2
- 2 V-steps or 1 V lunge (8)
- Split basic (advanced: turn and face the back) (8)
- I-step (with a jack, tap, or squat) (8)
- 1 Knee repeater (turn 360 if desired) (8)
Repeat left lead
Block 3
- Turn and straddle (4)
- Double knee/walk back to rear of step (back to where you started) (8)
- Over the top (higher options: drive up a knee or extend it into a kick on the way over) (4)
- 5 Count repeater curl (other options: taps, knees, kicks) (12)
- Over the top (4)
Repeat left lead
Block 4
- 1/2 L-step (4)
- Kick, squat, kick, exit left (right lead kick, keep foot on bench and bring left leg down to the left into a squat, bring left leg into a kick, exit to your left) (8)
- Over the top long (options: grapevine or double step touch behind the bench) (4)
- Kick, squat, kick, exit behind step (see above, except exit to the rear of the bench this time) (8)
- Kick repeater (8)
Repeat left lead
Block 5
- Walk around the west end or pivot hop turn (now you are facing east) (4)
- Single kicks x2 or 1 kick repeater (options: knees, taps) (8)
- Over the top (4)
- Kick, lunge, kick (left foot on bench, right leg front kick, keeping left foot on bench bring right foot back into a lunge, then directly up for a kick again, exit (8))
- Kick, lunge, kick (see above) (8)
Repeat left lead
Block 6
- Squat (facing west) with a pulse x3, up on the bench and clap for 2, same thing on the other side of the bench (x4) OR alternating knee repeaters (32)*
- Squat just once, up and clap for 2 (x8) OR alternating single knees (32)**
- Squat, no clap! (x16) OR alternating lunges (32)***
Repeat left lead
Block 7
- A-step (x2) (8)
- Run parallelto bench for 4 counts, hop back for 4 counts (option: walk) (8)
- Over the top (4)
- Walk around or pivot hop turn (4)
- Mambo (4)
- Kick (4)
Repeat left lead
Block 8
- Corner to corner knees (8)
- 1/2 L-step (4)
- Over the top or grapevine/double step touch behind x2 (8)
- Squat - one foot on bench (4)
- Repeater knee right lead, exit off rear (8)
Repeat left lead
*Right foot on bench (1) down into a squat (2) up (3) down into squat (4) up (5) down into squat (6) come up onto the bench and clap (7,8) then the same thing on the other side
OR
Right foot on bench (1) left knee up (2) tap left foot on floor (3) left knee up (4) tap (5) knee up (6) two hops on top of the bench with claps (7,8) then the same thing on the other side
**Right foot on bench (1) down into a squat (2) up on the bench (hop if desired) and 2 claps (3, 4) Same thing on the opposite side
OR
Right foot on bench (1) left knee up (2) tap left foot on floor (3) left foot on bench (4) right foot taps floor (5) right knee up (6) right foot taps (7) right foot on bench (8)
OR (hehe I just love giving options!)
Right foot on bench (1) left knee up (2) hop twice on step with 2 claps (3,4) right foot taps floor (5) right knee up (6) hop twice on step with 2 claps (7,8)
***Right foot on bench (1) squat (2) hop over step so left foot is on bench and into a squat (3,4)
OR
alternating lunges ("up, up, and lunge")
