Kick torture!

Hi all,
I've been working to take my most advanced group to the "next level." Here are some nifty kick combos I used this week that had them groaning! (and made me sore, too)
Combo #1
- Alternating front kicks, right-left (8)
- Alternating side kicks, right-left (8) (Add some arms to these to really get HRs up)
- Alternating front kicks, right-left (8)
- Pulse front kick, right leg only (I cue it "fast 'n' low") (8 count, 16 kicks total)
- Right leg -- front kick and touch the floor (I cue it "kick and down" -- kick out front, then down into lunge position to touch the floor. Watch the knees!) 2 sets of 8
- Back to pulse front kick on right (16x)
SWITCH LEADS -- back to alternating front kicks, start on left and repeat.
Send them into speedbag jacks, then start up ...
Combo #2
- Power squats 8x
- Squat kicks 8x
- Squat roundhouse, right leg only 8x
- Squat roundhouse, left leg only 8x
- Squat kicks 8x
- Power squats 8x
Sometimes I hold them longer on the squat roundhouse -- two sets of 8 on each leg. A real quad-burner!
