Repeat combo three entire times.
* Practice the mambos four times to the front, four times to the side, and four times to the back before beginning the front, side, back combo.
I have found with my Senior classes that it is better to stick to one combo on one lead foot, than switching from right to left foot during a combo. I do a completely different combo on the left lead foot. Getting from one foot to another is easy. You can use a single, signle, double ham string curl, or by walking it forward one, two, three kick then bringing it back and marching it out. I love working with the Seniors. Not only are my Seniors in great shape, but they love the hi-lo workouts. Be sure to have some Senior music though, or you may have a mutiny on your hands. Dynamix has some great Senior music, along with the Silver Sneaker program music. If anyone else out there has some good Senior hi-lo, I would love to use it. Kathleen
